Biblical Eschatology

Welcome to the world’s ONLY Eschatology Degree Program School! T

Biblical Eschatology, technically means, end of times or doctrine of the last thing “concerning with the end of human existence and human history according to the Bible. It favors to the events which are still to occur, both in relation to the individual and to the globe. Biblical Eschatology contains topics like future events, the judgment, the return of Christ, the millennial Kingdom, tribulation, and the eternal state. From a biblical perspective, history is not clinical, but linear. God is driving history towards the final fulfillment of his aims for his creation.

Why biblical eschatology is important?

Biblical Eschatology is vital because it gives the motivation and context for missions. As far as the former is worried, the “last days” are the days in which we now live, and thus missions is set in the context of continuing to fulfill God guarantees to Israel via the Church mission to the nations. Concerning inspiration,  both Christ giving of the Spirit in the last days and the immanence of his return offer Christians the right impetus for sharing the gospel. They are empowered, and thus inspired, to do so by Christ Spirit, and they are compelled by their know-how in his sudden return, a return that could occur at any moment.

Biblical Eschatology is vital because it gives shape to human history. The end of time has dropped into the center of time in Christ work. Christ death, life, ascension, resurrection, and giving of the Spirit bring to the globe new creation, the defeat of Gods enemies and his reign over all the globe (in his resurrection, death, and ascension), and the capability of his people to obey.

How should biblical eschatology affect the way we worship God when get-together with other  Christians?

Biblical Eschatology affects our worship too, for the reason that worshipping God is a central theme as in the Gospel of John. The Apocalypse divides mankind into the worshippers of the beast and the dragon and those who will worship God in the wonderful Jerusalem. Worshipping God is truly an eschatological goal. Every main scene in Revelation starts with public worship of God. So God is already worshipped in the heaven in the community of his people together with heavenly and angles creatures.

Understanding biblical eschatology is to build up the community of faith as an expression of Gods reigns on this planet. In worship, the people God confess their sin of “missing the mark” with regard to Kingdom-building. They give up the false allegiances of this globe and unite in reaffirming their allegiance to the God whose Reign who is famous to use through the ministry of Christ.

Biblical eschatology shows who is in control. It shows God seated upon the throne, which symbolizes his sovereignty and kingship. No issue of Church condition, when we worship God, we testify that he is in control of globe history, human density and universe. Staying true in worship is what God will reward at the end. Failing to worship God or not willing to love him is going to bring to people eternal consequences.
